Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and 666d3 (hereinafter "666d3", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://666d3.cam and all associated services, features and content provided thereon.

666d3 is an English-language online sports betting and casino entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. All platform content, including these Terms, is written in English. References to PKR throughout this document mean Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances and offer values are displayed on the platform.

By creating a user account, accessing the platform, placing any wager or making any deposit, you unequivocally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the 666d3 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds (real money and/or bonus funds, as separately tracked) held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome offer amounts or loyalty reward credits credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Eligible User" means a natural person who meets all criteria set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.
• "Platform" means the website at https://666d3.cam and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications and services operated under the 666d3 brand.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, slot and instant game services made available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before any associated winnings or bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to activate full withdrawal functionality on the Platform.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — procedures designed to prevent the use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 3, including persons under the minimum age, persons using the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, and persons who have previously been excluded or suspended.

Account Eligibility

To be an Eligible User and to register, maintain or use an Account on the 666d3 Platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law, whichever is greater. 666d3 implements age-verification controls as part of its KYC process. Any person found to have provided false date-of-birth information to circumvent age controls will have their Account immediately closed, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required.

3.2 Personal Registration Only

Accounts may only be registered in the User's own legal name. Registration on behalf of another person, using another person's identity, or the use of automated tools to register is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple or duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method or IP address — is prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all associated transactions and balances.

3.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility

Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for confirming that their use of the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 666d3 does not confirm or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other territory. The Platform does not hold a license from any Pakistani regulatory authority and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling under Pakistani law.

Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

4.2 KYC Verification

To activate full withdrawal functionality, Users must complete the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), valid passports or other documents as specified by the Platform at the time of verification. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with AML obligations.

4.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Platform is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Notify support immediately at the contact details in Clause 15 if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 Accurate Information Obligation

The provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration information — including falsely claiming to meet the age or jurisdiction requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, 666d3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666d3 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal or unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, technical faults or latency to gain unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or syndicate betting designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with Platform software or infrastructure;
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy or other tools to circumvent geographic or legal restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

5.3 Integrity of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the Platform's prevailing betting rules. 666d3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault — and to correct any miscalculated winnings accordingly. In cricket markets, including PSL and ICC events, bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — as contextual payment references. The availability of specific deposit and withdrawal methods at any given time is determined by the Platform's current operational arrangements. These references do not constitute a partnership with or endorsement by any named financial institution.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and by any applicable promotional conditions. Current minimum thresholds are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. PKR minimum deposit examples may be referenced in promotional materials for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, clearance of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with AML checks. Processing times vary by payment method and tier. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

6.4 Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where transactions are processed in a different underlying currency, the Platform will apply the prevailing conversion rate at the time of processing. Users accept that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR value of their transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Offer Eligibility

All bonus offers and promotional incentives displayed on the Platform are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods and game restrictions as set out in the applicable promotion's specific terms. Users must read the full promotional terms before opting in.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered the required number of times (the Wagering Requirement) in eligible games before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by offer type. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the User must place a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are detailed in individual offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Platform employs fraud detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; and providing false information to qualify for promotions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

7.4 Offer Illustrations

Where welcome offers, sports offers or reload offers are referenced on the Platform — such as illustrative examples like "100% up to PKR 25,000" or "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000" — these represent example offer structures only. Actual live promotions are subject to change. The Platform does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to decline any bet, limit stakes on any market, or restrict a User's access to specific betting markets at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are indicative only; the odds at which the bet is confirmed and recorded are the applicable odds for settlement purposes. In live betting markets — particularly for cricket, PSL, T20 and other sports — odds fluctuate in real time.

8.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body, competition organiser or official data provider recognised by the Platform. Where an official result is delayed, disputed or subject to official review, the Platform reserves the right to defer settlement pending a final determination.

8.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino and live dealer games available on the Platform are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within each game environment. RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot and casino games represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. House edge, volatility and game mechanics vary by title.

8.5 System Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error or technical fault affecting the recording, processing or settlement of any bet or game round, the Platform reserves the right to void affected transactions. Intellectual Property

All content on the 666d3 Platform — including but not limited to the 666d3 brand name, logo, domain, graphic design, software, text content, betting interface, game presentation and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 666d3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted no right, title or licence in respect of any Platform intellectual property except the limited usage right described in Clause 5.1. Reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display or exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666d3, its directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether or not foreseeable;
• Any technical malfunction, system failure or interruption to service, howsoever caused;
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local law;
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers or game content suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.

Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by the Platform

666d3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes;
• Detection of multiple Account creation or bonus abuse;
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation;
• User self-exclusion request.

12.2 Termination by the User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at the details in Clause 15. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal, subject to successful KYC verification and AML checks.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure by either party, the User's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds that had not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 10, 11, 13 and 14 — will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and/or licensed, which may differ from the User's country of residence. Users acknowledge that the laws applicable to this Platform may not be the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform's Services, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution in the first instance by contacting Platform support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter will be referred to the dispute resolution process applicable under the governing jurisdiction of the Platform operator.

This clause does not affect any rights Users may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. However, 666d3 makes no specific representations regarding the applicability of Pakistani consumer protection law to the use of this Platform by Pakistani residents.

Amendments to These Terms

666d3 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated review date. Where required, notice of material changes may also be communicated to Users via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2. We encourage Users to review this page periodically to remain informed of current Terms.
